Innocence -by Lois Macdonald

Innocence lives under a veil of modest transparency
Filmy organza, pure simplicity, and unblemished lace
She holds a bouquet of wildflowers and white lilies
Wrapped in satiny ribbons and sweet baby’s breath
Unaware of her beauty she blushes at her reflection
She is the essence of virtue a bride worthy of a King.

I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, My soul will exult in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has wrapped me with a robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10.
